FYI: When I read you,(via your comments/yourblog) I refer to you as "That Tabby." My husband was asking me what I was up to tonight, and I replied: "In the middle of replying to that talendted Tabby." I have totally know you long enough to call you that ; )
Yes, my husband and son are always recommended me to sit still. I'm really trying to do that these days. Since I'm a chronic pain sufferer sitting still causes me to realize how much I really do hurt. That's hard but again, I'm learning.

I agree. Sometimes I do some deep breathing, close my eyes and breathe in, "Be still..." and exhale, "and know that I am God..."

Otherwise, just trying to slow down is so important...and a good reminder this time of year!
