    My husband was asking me what I was up to tonight, and I replied: "In the middle of replying to that talendted Tabby."

  5. Yes, my husband and son are always recommended me to sit still. I'm really trying to do that these days.
    Since I'm a chronic pain sufferer sitting still causes me to realize how much I really do hurt. That's hard but again, I'm learning.

  6. I agree. Sometimes I do some deep breathing, close my eyes and breathe in, "Be still..." and exhale, "and know that I am God..."

    This is good for really stressful times.

    Otherwise, just trying to slow down is so important...and a good reminder this time of year!
