Sunday Citar

Have you come across a quote that inspired you?  Or made you want to spit?  Or made you smile?  Or reminded you of someone special? Or reminded you of someone you try not to remember?  Well, share it!  Sunday Citar was born out of my desire to learn more through what others have said before.  You may find it enjoyable to do the same!

"The best gift a father can give to his son is the gift of himself - his time.  For material things mean little, if there is not someone to share them with."
~C. Neil Strait

The wedding we attended yesterday reminded me of these special pictures from my own wedding.  Special because they're of my daddy and I.

Time spent with a father is truly a special gift, and I still treasure each moment with him.  Happy Father's Day!

Of course I couldn't let you go without sharing a tiny peek of the precious couple from yesterday, my nephew and his new wife.

  1. About your comment tonight - you are so right. I think the first two pix really get to me, as far as the progression you mentioned. Hubby with his daughter ... then Hubby with the daughter of his daughter. Somehow all three of my kids and all 6 grand~babies got in the post!

I do love the Citar. I'd seen you doing that, but had no idea what it meant. When you invited everyone to join, it opened up a new world for all of us.

I always love your photos. The wedding was gorgeous!! And Baby Blue. What will you call the new Baby Blue? Maybe Baby Two Blue...? Or maybe you should have a contest to name the new baby nickname? :-)

    Have a sweet evening.
