I wish there were two of me.
I'm in a hotel with my husband, and I miss my little girl.
I'm in meetings today and yet thinking about all the other projects I could be working on.
The times I get a moment to myself, I think about what my family is doing.
The time with my husband is special and all too soon, time will be filled with other people.
The moments with my daughter are precious, and in just a few short months she won't be the only little one in our home.
Each moment of work needs my full attention, so that when I am finished, my full attention can be somewhere else.
Today, I'm enjoying each moment, each conversation, each embrace... each and every detail.

We sould all do that. Beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteThe balancing act seems a bit tricky at times, doesn't it?
ReplyDeletei hear ya!
ReplyDeletei remember it was a tough transition for me going from just one little child to two. i was so upset at not being able to spend enough one on one time with emma...frustrated that i was too consumed with the baby (even though i LOVE both of them equally). it's better now that he's starting to take more consistent naps and not nurse every hour :).
great photo of your family :). are you going to share any pregnant photos? hope you're feeling well!
