Dear Bray-Bray,
It seems as though we're going to make it through 39 weeks, and you're still holding tight. I really didn't think I'd make it to week 40, but it looks like that's the case... you're already surprising us. This is the week that I officially began maternity leave, or at least I'm doing all my work from home, so I have much more time to relax. The relaxing has definitely given me more pep. I feel so connected to you, feeling every little move. It also seems like every day you get lower and lower. I'm not sure how much lower you can get without actually coming out. We've started a "Big Sibling" book for you from Aliyah. It's full of advice and quotes from her, photos, pictures she's drawn for you. She really can't wait to meet you. I'm thinking just about everyone feels that way. We're always hearing the question, "When is he coming?" Of course, I don't know the answer, but when the time comes, we are ready. We are all ready.

ReplyDeletei'm still on my 30-weeks, but my 3-year old Matthew can't wait for his baby brother. i'm sure Aliyah is super excited to be a big sister, especially now that there's only days to go...
Love it... when D was born we had bought K a Big Sister book and had them put his feet prints in her book.... a special gift he gave her for being such a special big sister. Can't wait to see that precious baby boy.
