Ok, maybe that was just yesterday.
These last two months have thrown me a big learning curve. My son is a marathon pooper. As in, the amount of diapers I thought would last at least a couple of days, THEY LAST ONE DAY.
I love him and his healthy bowels.
I've decided to take a picture every month in this same rocking chair to chart his growth and I want to picture to exude what stood out the most that month.
Luckily for me, in each picture, he looks like he's filling his diaper or he's about to. But I need help picking one.
Internet, can you help me decide?
Take this photo for example, his sweet rolls, his big blue eyes, and oh dear, I can just hear it.
"MOMMY, THIS IS GONNA BE A BIG ONE."
This one's cute. I love his quirky smile, the 'here's lookin' at you, kid' pose, and I can just see the sense of relief on his face.
Did I just say that?
Happy baby or gassy baby? Maybe a little of both.
"I'm sweet, really I am. Don't think about what I'm doing right now other than looking sweet."
He's quite the thinker already.
"When is this woman going to PUT THE CAMERA DOWN and CHANGE ME?"
And after all that, surprisingly, no diapers were soiled in the taking of these photos.

ReplyDeleteI like them all, of course, but I would go with #4 or #5 because he is more erect in the picture and gives you a bit better idea of how big he really was (the point of your photo). Too dang cute!!

ReplyDeleteI like the 4th one because you can see his face good, and he's sitting up fairly straight, so as you take the pictures we can see how big he gets in his face and how long he gets compared to that giraffe. :P

My favorite is the third one from top. Give me sort of candid shot feeling and natural, not that the others are not natural. In fact they all looked so natural. Oh what am I trying to say ... nevermind. The third one is my favorite! :o)
