I'm blogging from my phone as I find myself caught in this vast valley between the best of intentions to conquer my self-inflicted mountains of expectations and that ever present reality of motherhood... The unexpected.
So my list? It looks like I'm halfway through a game of bingo at the nearest meatball serving hall. And I'm totally okay with that. There are a few items crossed off, a load of projects simultaneously underway and I just dove headfirst to nestle between my pillows as my littlest nurses himself to sleep.
My intentions were to keep up with my expectations, and since I was finding myself coming up a bit short, I'm calling an audible... And you know, blogging from my phone and snuggling my babe while big sister "reads" us stories.
I'll climb my mountain another day, for now, my intentions have changed.
The mountain isn't going anywhere. You deserve a break!
