Sunday Citar ~ With Breath, Smiles and Tears

It's already Sunday and that means it's that time again.  Time to share a quote and photo you love.  So, here we go, link up your Sunday Citar today and join the fun!

Citar means "to quote" in Spanish.

The following post is from exactly one year ago, just a few days after I reached out and held a slippery new soul in my hands, one that stretched me and changed me, and has continued to every day of this past year of his life.  Though it's only been a year, I love every part of him and his big sister, the one that made me a mama, with all the breath, smiles and tears, of all of my life.

“I love thee to the level of everyday's most quiet need, by sun and candle light... I love thee with the breath, smiles, tears, of all my life.”
~Elizabeth Barrett Browning

There was a moment when I went in to give my new little man a kiss. He reached up and grabbed my face.

Love.

The best part, he didn't let go.
