A Culinary School Engagement:: Emily + Micah

They met on their first day of culinary school, both finding their clean stainless steal stations across the room from each other at the same time. But it wasn't love at first sight, not this story.  It was more a game of cat and mouse.  He would visit her station to critique her work and try to show off, she would roll her eyes and sigh with annoyance. But for some reason, they just didn't stay apart. She invited him out with others in the class for a celebratory dinner at the end of semester, and after he ditched his made-up dentist appointment, decided to join.  It was that night he first asked her out, and she said no.

She kept saying no, he didn't give up and continually made her laugh. brought her desserts snatched from other classes and rushed to her side when her finger had a run-in with a knife.

One day, he asked her out again, and instead of the usual "No," the reply was, "Ask me tomorrow."  And so he did, for three more weeks.

Finally, he heard the word he was waiting for... "Yes." His response? "Are you kidding?"

After two years of cooking together, laughing together and staying by each other's side, when he asked for her hand in marriage, her response sounded a little too familiar... "Are you kidding?" Followed by a heart warming "Yes!"



What better place to hold their engagement session that the stainless steal filled room that began their love story.






Emily and Micah definitely know how to make each other laugh, and it makes you wanna jump right into the story and laugh with them.






What a fun classroom! I bet they didn't do this in class.

We loved spending time with these two and I wish them a life filled with cupcakes and laughter.
