From the snow drifts that covered the trees in a glistening white to the sandy shoreline of the gulf, we're home. Both very different, both in some form home. But when we ventured to the beach tonight for an impromptu dinner at sunset, Brayden ran through the sand with enthusiasm I could barely measure, "Runnin' on sand, mommy! Water! Brayden home." He was so excited to be at the beach, and my little saltwater babe sealed it for me tonight. We're home.

ReplyDeleteYour beach boy - melts a mom's heart to know what THEY feel...easier to be at home when they're at home. My favorite picture is the one of the little traveler strolling through the airport! We travelled so much with our kids when they were little, and they loved it! The airports and planes were as much a part of the fun as the places we were headed. Brings back sweet memories!
