I've just strolled in after a late night date with the man of my dreams, my husband if by any chance you are wondering, and I haven't much time. Thank goodness for Hump Day Dump!

It's been a great beginning to the year, and I have to say, after eating mostly fruits, vegetables and grains for the past three days, this is the first evening that I'm actually awake this late and with energy to boot.  The first couple of days were a bit rough, but today, I've been feeling better than ever... thus the late night date that we were both awake for.

Good things, I tell you, good things.
