Getting together is so much more than just finding the comfy spot in piles of snugly blankets as the sun falls below the horizon and the dance moves on the screen beat along to a great rhythm. It's just as much about the connection, about the conversations that happen between the movies, the moments where quiet nods of encouragement and really hearing the emotion that whispers through spoken words... and it means so much more than the bowls of chocolate brownie sunday with a side of strawberry shortcake we just tackled in the kitchen.
It's the beauty of relationships. We all have different situations and issues, lives and schedules, some are married, some have kids... and yet we all share, and love, and understand. We all need sharing, and love, and understanding. When the tears fall or when the smiles spread, when the call is made or the need is there... we come together.

I feel as though all of you that are participating in #PROJECTlipstick are quickly becoming more than just a face on the other side of this internet world. I wish we could all come together for our very own Girl's Night In! All of the photo sharing, commenting, "liking" and encouragement is building such a community around women, and letting us perk up our routines and show off our glamorous side. I'm so thrilled for the participation and collaboration on this project, and I have to say... this won't be the last one! We've already got our wheels spinning and so much more in the works. I believe that next time will be even bigger and better, with more prizes!

I completely agree Tab, it is such a beautiful thing when people find or make time in their busy schedules to keep in touch with friends; to share what is happening in their life and to find out what is happening in yours.
